RE:eti websiteEveryone should calm down.  The Jabil joint venture is still on.  All you have to review is ETI latest monthly report from January 2019  on the CSE website. 

First page The  Company  continues  to  work  on  the  advancement  to  finalizing  the  EWaste  processing  plant  at  Jabil’s  Memphis  facility. The  Company’s  laboratory  is  active  testing  numerous  ores,  concentrates and  tailings  and  continues  to  receive  numerous  inquiries  from  the  mining sector  globally.  From  this  testing  information  detailed  economic  studies  for potential  partners  are  being  commissioned. The  Company’s  goal  is  to  aggressively  pursue  both  the  Mining  and  EWaste  sectors  simultaneously.
