The Project comprises approximately 32 mineral claims covering approximately 1,792 hectares (ha) located in the Saguenay Mining district in the Province of Quebec. The Company's Poissons Blanc Property is a nickel-copper-cobalt property. The Poissons Blanc Property is in northern Quebec, 294 kilometers (Km) northwest of Quebec’s capital city, Quebec City. The Company also has a 100% interest in two packages of claims known as the Baldwin and Lunge Projects. The Baldwin Project is comprised of the Main Baldwin Block and the Northeast Baldwin Block, spans over 1,605 ha, with the adjacent 587 ha Lunge Project, located six km northeast, showcasing gold and critical minerals potential.
