They are accused of selling product in the grey market after they got their license. There was product still in the distribution stream. This was all disclosed to HC prior to receiving the license. They gave HC a transition plan out of the grey BEFoRE the license was given. If they dig in to others they will find the same issues.
There are forces working against ASNT.

What makes Agrima so special that they thought they could sell blackmarket products while they waited for the LP license??. There a plenty of other LP's out there that walked the straight line to licensing without having to resort to these types of discressions.
Looks like you're knee deep into Ascent shares.. and you're trying to justify to yourself that its not fair that Agrima is being singled out like this.. when they knew all along the concequences of their accionts. Don't blame HC for their troubles.. blame the main excutives of Agrima/Ascent.
