RE: RE:Blair Jordan and board need to goFritz, that explanation certainly is plausible. It's difficult to match up the actions of Blair Jordan with anything legal or rational.. It's very concerning to have someone like this running the show, even if it is for just another month and a half.. the destruction he can do over that amount of time..
anyways, it's just now come to my attention that I wont be able to attend the AGM in June, which is a shame, I really wanted to be there and see this for myself... but I've already got a big vacation booked.. but whatever voting rights go along with my shares, I want to make sure they're used to get this guy outta there. if there is someone who is of like mind, and wants to act as proxy, let me know.
