RE:Rosenberg Is Afraid Of Us...LOLBy now it should be clear to all as to why Anthony set the company up as a dual class share structure, thereby giving himself and his crew full control of the company with the majority of votes. IMO it was done not so much because Anthony wanted to do what's right and best for the company and it's shareholders, but what was ultimately best for Anthony and crew. Most likely yet another RS in order to maintain compliance for their Nasdaq listing. Anthony and gang will continue to milk this for all it's worth, as long as money remains for them. They will prop this up untill A: they get extremely lucky or B: drain the cash and move on. What do they care, they have already made and continue to make $ regardless. Shareholders not so much. This crew in my mind has mastered the art of legal corruption. Buyer beware.
