Seems like Rosenberg is at it again only on the CEO.ca board...I guess he doesn't dare come here anymore.....he posted another fake share purchase invoice and refuses to comment on the letter from NASDAQ.

I think a so a couple things could happen here....they'll get delisted because the odds of FSD staying over a buck for 10 consecutive days is not in their favour....or they'll screw over the investors again with another RS of about 10:1 at a minimum then dilute again bringing them right back to here....thoughts!

Yep, RS is in the works in my personal opinion. Thoughts, total and utter regret. I feel bad for anyone that falls for this scam. Complete failure. They are a gimmick company. Sickening

By now it should be clear to all as to why Anthony set the company up as a dual class share structure, thereby giving himself and his crew full control of the company with the majority of votes. IMO it was done not so much because Anthony wanted to do what's right and best for the company and it's shareholders, but what was ultimately best for Anthony and crew. Most likely yet another RS
