Its always a good sign when big insiders bought more. 3D capital owns more than 11 M shares and 2M warrants exercisable at 0.25$ before feb 13 2023. I would not be surprised if the stock goes over 0.25$ before that date.

Stockhouse only seems to show cse/tsx buying.   Stockwatch shows buying from other sources.   For example, the day last week one million shares sold, stockwatch showed 1.3 million.   Also fun to follow this on ceo.ca

Sorry bingostar it takes a few days to even exercise warrants and they'd have to be well in the money. That being said they could extend them. Your data is off for the insider ThreeD they have over 20MM shares fully diluted basis. Just under 18MM undiluted

I know that very well and they will not exercise before the SP is in the money , but at this pace who knows what will be the SP in two weeks . There is no options or warrants dilutive before 0.15$ . Brownstone and 3D Capital buy massively because they figured the shift of value of this company before and after the release of the set of software

Its not the relentness buying that concerns me its the relentless selling that does!

No insiders is selling. 3D Capital , Brownstone and other directors keep buying because they know what those last contracts mean $$$.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't every buying transaction also have a mirror selling transaction? How is it possible to buy a stock if no one is selling it? I'm no genius, maybe you know better.

There has been a perception for at least the last year that iai was going under based on burn rate.   You dont change that overnight.  There is still weak money out there that doesnt get whats happening.   The big, smart money that will move this stock still has to see revenue.   A couple of Core and Main contracts should induce serious buying.   Until

There always sellers , if you see level 2 , there a bunch of sellers at different prices . Some investors gave up for a penny or two cause they cannot understand the value of this growing company.
