I looked at the last FS, specifically notes 13 and 14, and found no excessive compensation in cash or in options for the CEO or anyone...here Sheldon is a director and chairman of the board...

Will they compensate themselves excessively in the future? Maybe. But there is no evidence of that happening right now. Even their convertible debenture has reasonable terms with no outrageous gifts to anyone.

in the spirit of not throwing out the baby with the bathwater, it will be something I will be looking at closely...but until it happens, I don't intend to assume it will
