I don't believe there is a reason for it now, but as time goes and the way he gives away shares and he owns zero along with his buddy SI or near zero that risk exist. As you know that risk exist whenever a stock hits more than 200M. Other CEOs do it for unexplained reasons, and just because APS has done it in the past, he understands the benefit of it.  If SI says let's eliminate the existing SH... Just a few years ago it seemed like it was a fad, many have done a reset just to end up with less than 20M in circulation. This stock seems to depend on one man and that is SI.


Another important is, where are the insider reports showing that APS and friends are buying tons at this ridiculous low price?

think about it if you were a millionaire and you believed in your business, you know in your mind that your great idea is worth at least $1/sh, would you not be buying a boat load right now?
