You are right, its not because Rod just joined that it will change any value, its what he will be able to sell to his family, friends and contacts, and that takes time. We will be watching. Remember about a year and half ago, one super salesman was suppose to get all kinds of business in the UK!!!! Lets hope Rod is not equal. :)
