RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Remember, this IS the company....135k each as a bonus I would not consider outside market for a company with a ~17M market cap, especially if they are / were paying themselves a lower salary for years to get the company into the black. 

My bigger concern is the second facility and how they plan on financing the expansion this year. Given that they got the first phase going and paid themselves a nice bonus for that milestone, now I'd like to see them do the same for the second without cutting into cashflows further.

Shareholders overwhelmingly voted to support them at the AGM, so despite the bonuses it does not appear that the majority of people holding shares agree with your sentiment that they should go elsewhere.
