Remember, this IS the company....

where most if not all the insiders sold all their or most of their stock on the way to a buck.....two years ago.....so while they were promoting the stock, they sold it to those that bought stock all the way up......

Thank you for your service Capt Stockhouse. Company is presently undervalued so regardless of any past , real or imagined, it's a good entry point. It's not like I haven't made the same mistake before, but maybe next time you should try buying in low and selling on the way up yourself rather than buying something that never had any business being anywhere near $1 back then. Too many of ...more

It is very sad but true, Dale and Carl both need to hit the road.  They both bring nothing to the table except there corrupt ideas of how to get ritch.

They bring nothing to the table except ... very low cost production, consistent harvests, selling all stock to date, and steadily improving financials based on those fundamentals? If you're that pissed off at ownership then sell your stake, I'm sure there will be takers to pick it up and you wouldn't need to stress any longer.

Im most likely going to be holding my shares, but I will be voicing my opinion until Dale and Carl step up there game.  Dale and Carl are no more owners then I am this is a publicly traded company that they like to run as if they owned it.  Do you think the sevral hundred thousand dollars they got for bonus was a good use of company money?   I want the company to succed as I am ...more

Do you think the sevral hundred thousand dollars they got for bonus was a good use of company money?   It isn't all that abnormal in my experience to use bonuses to represent a compensation milestone, and presumably they're using a self owned corporation to manage their personal tax burdens, which is also reasonably common. Using company money for executive compensation is also ...more

Way too much for a business so small. They don't like what they were getting, they can go elsewhere. Especially Dale, he is easily replaceable.

135k each as a bonus I would not consider outside market for a company with a ~17M market cap, especially if they are / were paying themselves a lower salary for years to get the company into the black.  My bigger concern is the second facility and how they plan on financing the expansion this year. Given that they got the first phase going and paid themselves a nice bonus for that milestone ...more

They certainly are doing their job. They may have taken lower salaries but they certainly cashed in on their shares. That was the reason I got out was all the insider selling. Year after year bringing in investors through the front door while Steve was loading out the back door into the trunk of his car. Alas I took a beating but was free from the insider selling and short attacks.

I judge the size of a business by the revenues, this is a very small business. I don't care what they took prior. They took it.  This last bonus round is a bs move. It is the primary reason this company cannot get a proper valuation. People have no way of knowing if they will do this over and over. Rendering the potential profitability as moot. I checked sedar, there has been no ...more

Points taken, thanks for the reply. AGM results were sent out in Feb via email to their investors mail list subscription - after reading the email from them again I'll retract the "overwhelmingly" part of my comment (as I had misremembered the way they phrased it), but I'll still stand by the essence of the statement of the voters supporting them.
