Value of virtual land NFTs

It's interesting how you can buy a plot of virtual land in Aftermath Islands for introductory price of $35 US. Now compare that to a farm plot in Farmersworld - they're selling for about $600 US.

I see the first parcels of land in Aftermath Islands (Evergreen Isle) are now up for resale. The asking prices are over 10x the introductory price. Think I'll be buying more.
