2nd of 2 email responses from BloomKit (not Cannaone) site I'd sent multiple inquires - general inquiry, potential investor, etc. So I can't be which one this is in response to. The subject line was just BloomKit "[your-subject]". It is from the CEO.
I can see why the response is not always fast as the CEO, CTO & COO are no doubt very busy doing "multiple developments (customers) in progress" in addition to the business of running a public company,.
I've included the email from them here as I know people have been having trouble getting communications from them:

CannaOne develops digital tools built for the cannabis industry. Our first consumer product is BloomKit. BloomKit is a B2B Software Suite that is based on a software as a service revenue model (SaaS). BloomKit is modularly engineered and highly integrate-able making it versatile for implementation within a broad range of cannabis businesses. BloomKit customers are billed monthly or annually as wells as terms that are outlined as exclusively based on regions for some clients. Depending on the requirements of the customers business needs and software development there is also upfront costs applied to the customer.
We have multiple developments (customers) in progress that will be publicized shortly. These current developments we are building are for Enterprise clients though in the future there are plans to offer a lighter version of BloomKit to service a wider client base . The completion of these developments will reflect in our revenues over the next 12 months. Our immediate focus is partnering up with key clients in the verticals we specialize in; Dispensary, Delivery, Marketplaces and Medical.
