All Promotion no Substance here....

What the Company have yet to disclose, assuming they even know, is that they have a UK based 'bucket shop', IR Global Roadshow Ltd., working the stock along with the others.

They have been phoning almost everyday for weeks wanting me to buy this junk saying they will push it to 2 then 4 bucks. And just now saying they are getting bought out in about two weeks from now at a much higher price. What a joke!  Someone who bought a large piece at the start has hired a market maker out of New York to pump and dump the stock for them. These clowns should be in jail. Will ...more

Assuming there are any shares to short...otherwise they come back and bite you with calls.
Comment by HomerAndCompany on Feb 07, 2019 3:45pm
Is there a way to short it?  I'm under the impression that it can't be shorted (though I could be wrong & even if I'm right I'm curious as to why it can't be shorted.) If it can't be shorted it makes pushing the SP up simple. Insiders agree not to sell or have their shares locked (some of their shares are locked - but I think at least 20% are not) & the shares ...more

You won't find shares to short - if it was that easy everyone would be shorting venture shares that spiked over $1 Your broker may have shares available but if these guys are in fact promoting and see a short interest grow they could ramp up promotion and squeeze everyone fairly easily - or they tell all there guys to submit sell order and you are forced to cover your short - usually at a ...more

Do you know whos calling you?  What info do you have on the "buy out" or how they promise to push it to 2.4 bucks?  You seem to have a lot of information but no real substance to your comments. Any insight or additional information would be appreciated.  PS - market makers don't promote. They never own or can own enough stock to make it worth their time and would ...more

Promotion is definitely coming from off shore from what I can tell - calls I am receiving are from +44 country code and are at least showing up as being based out of London.  The on phone presentation and the corporate presentation on the web site share a great deal of similarities, but the information shared over the phone is admittedly more compelling - but slightly different. The ...more

I bought and sold twice and was told to hold til mid $2.00 range and woukd be advised when to sell. I never did received my email welcome package twice. When spending thousands and of dollars and the welcome package/ Roadshow company data is a no show ... well I sold it all and broke even. Certainly a happy seller when now that i see the stock bludgeoned below 90 cents I doubt I'll return ...more

I expect that the high market cap is a result of the aggresive promotion campaign.  Why did they go public so early?  They say that they have customer(s)/development project(s) and that should mean some revenue that could keep them going. If they needed cash for fast expansion why do they show no interest in hiring?
Comment by SwingTrader149 on Mar 06, 2019 4:10pm
No Interest in hiring? Do you know anything about the tech world in Vancouver? Everyone hires on contract here because the money is better for software engineers or they hire from India. Cheaper for the company and honestly better work, in my opinion. Not trying to sound rude but that's how it is here from what I have seen on other deals.  They went public early in my opnion because ...more

I should have said that they have no interest in recruiting people - at least not via their website which is a very cheap way to find help. I would go the contract route myself. Maybe they're recruiting by some other means. If not, it begs the question why raise capital early with a public offering? Why not grow orgainically until the business is on a more concrete footing?  You may ...more
