Why was this stock not halted
So it trades almost 4 million shares gaps up on the open to 4 cents and trades as high of 6.5 and settles to close at 5.5 after trading between 1 cent to 1.5 cents the last 2 months on volume of 50,000-200,000 shares and the exchanges doesn't ask why this may be the case or a market query as to what may be a corporate news event ? Insiders have bought 60million shares over the last 3-6 months on private transaction , so I would think they have added to their positions as there is a bigger picture going on...., I would not be surprised with the market being closed for 48 hours as its the weekend and a few conversations happening over that time at a cocktail party or two...that we see this stock leg up again on Monday,
