RE:Thoughts? Not likely. I feel bad for all the employees and vendors Ahmad Yehya screwed over. Heard he gave no proper notice for layoffs and no severance for employees. I also feel bad for all the vendors still
left unpaid. The company has $3-4million per the last filings in liabilities and it shows he got compensated millions of stock and still took a salary of $133,692 for 2021. The Board directors, especially Ahmad Yehya, will probably be sued into personal bankruptcy unless employees and vendors are made whole - he needs to honour his contracts (Nabati has no director liability insurance per their filings so Board directors are personally liable) .
