RE:First half of BJ deposition in 2418-2021 All I can say is WOW! For someone who had the responsibility of being CEO, President, and a Director of MSX...he sure doesn't come off like he has a command of the business that was integral to MSX in the years from 2011-2015 and beyond.
It says to me he relied almost entirely on JRL for information! Big Mistake! An awful lot falling through the cracks of omission with a capital O!
I certainly see why the BCSC found him incompetent...I would go so far as to say grossly, and negligently incompetent!
BJ clearly states he thinks there are still some Amarillos concessions in JRL's name. He has been told on multiple occasions this is not the case, and given the specific dates and case numbers of the pertinent cancellations.
At what point in time does he give up the "I don't remember" and ignorant act? At what point in time does his skewed ignorant view, and his inability to accept facts come face to face with reality?
Has his desire to get Barrick, at all costs, completely clouded any reasonable judgement he once had?
IMO I fear he continues to show the world what a fool he really is!
