Libel trial exhorto
In C 29407-2016, the Court has resolved that the extraordinary evidentiary period will be granted for a period of 20 days. It also notified the Supreme Court to resume the processing of the international exhorto in case 40672-2022 for witness testimony.

The request is for Thornton, Brady and Leon. The testimony will not be by zoom, but taken in a Canadian court under oath. The Zoom seems to be for the absolution of positions of the parties in the lawsuit, not merely for witnesses. The exhorto process still has to be completed before testimony can be conducted.
