Hearing for Stephen Holt rescheduled.
A new date has been set for Stephen Hold to acquit positions on Wednesday March 15, 2023 at 9:30 by Zoom, so Mr. Holt will need to get up early.
The Court explained why the hearing was not set at a later time:
"It was made known to the parties that the requested schedule is not available because of its irregularity, the last hearing that was arranged in this way presented problems for its coordination within the hours of operation of the Court, which can never exceed 4:00 p.m. by express provision of our Organic Code of Courts. The schedule provided is the same as that granted for hearings of any person who comes before this Court."
