Perhaps a final call for the FAT LADY !

The legal request to have Thornton explain the Pascua Lama mining titles could be the final chapter in this 25 year and more legal story.
It can be done in Canada with the blessing of Canada under a formal request by Chile.
The BCSC executives will follow in a similar deposition.

I can not imagine any new efforts by Lopehandia if Thornton as Chairman of Barrick Gold Corporation can explain and show legal rights to all the claims they have made over these years for their Pascua Lama project.
This is bold move by Lopehandia as the loaded revolver may have the final answer in this Russian Roulette call to show me yours and I will show you mine.

Barrick had stated previously they were prepared to make a statement on the future of the project sometime in 2024.

This action may cause that timeline to be advanced

Just another nothing-burger. My shares in MWR are worth nothing because lope claimed to have titles to mina pascau.  The Vancouver lawyer who lope says can produce the titles has never in the 25 years. I did not invest or care about Barrick.

If JL had title, he would have submitted them as evidence at the BCSC hearing, the BC Appeal hearing, the lawsuits against CMN and Ossa/Claro.  This has never been done. As to Mr. Thornton's testimony, he does not have possession of the titles nor is it his responibility to produce them.  If JL/MSX want the titles to be produced, they would need to ask the Court for a document ...more
