So Thornton advises the world Barrick does not have mining rights to the complete full mineral UTM's claimed in so many past reports, what then?

That won't happen.  CMN owns the Tesoros and Los Amarillo 1-3000 concessions with certificates of domain.  JL owns no exploitation concessions per Sernageomin.  I doubt Mr. Thornton gives any testimony about the CMN concessions.
