When the Chile courts finally rule the original Villar / Lil / Llano / Emery sale agreement to be nul and void, this would be instrumentally quite important in nullifying all the rest of the cases as well as bring some level of criminal intent to Barrick and Minera Nevada.

The wording of the ruling would also be most interesting.

Uglu, since nothing of importance has been conducted in C 3784-2016 for over four years, a verdict during our lifetimes is doubtful.
