RE:point of information
I like that scenerio in your crystal ball!  The potential synergies between a well-financed, vertical integrator/consolidator and a knowledge-rich edibles and oil extractor upstart is undeniable.  But if this is to happen NH has to actually begin production and become a legitimate going concern.  What concerns me is the total lack of progress updates from the Pueblo facility.  Combined with the absence of overdue Annual or July 31st Year End financials (we are already half way through Q2) we are in a very uncertain situation as investors.

On the other hand if one is optimistic, the Illinois NR which everybody is obsessing about could be an indication that things at HQ might be finalized within a couple of months or so.  If the NR is to be believed and they will begin to service Illinois customers "in early 2016" then the Pueblo facility, which presumably is their only product source, will be up and running at that time.

In the meantime, one of our competitors GLH in Oregon is developing a different business model than what you envisage with the CGC-NH combo.  GLH is now a oils manufacturing licencee of Denver-based Dixie Brands even though they have several brands of their own they are also promoting.  These maturing companies who are rapidly expanding their nation wide reach shows the huge potential of all players in this exciting industry.  I wouldn't mind your take on these other players and the route they are taking.
