That should not come as any surprise. They dont even answer the phone because they feel that they are not accountable to shareholders especially after the10-1 reverse split debacle. We are at best a necessary evil tollerated just long enough to pick our investment pockets and then put on ignore. We need to vote the bums out of office. It takes only one share of stock to be elegible to vote. Spread the word have friends and family buy one share and vote the 3 out of office.
