No Response from Company

I sent an email into the company last week, but have not received a response yet.  The last couple of times I reached out they were fairly prompt in their response.  Realty

  That should not come as any surprise. They dont even answer the phone because they feel that they are not accountable to shareholders especially after the10-1 reverse split debacle. We are at best a necessary evil tollerated just long enough to pick our investment pockets and then put on ignore. We need to vote the bums out of office. It takes only one share of stock to be elegible to vote. ...more

Yep, that could work.  I see that insiders hold only 14 percent of shares, and there are no institutional holders, nor are there any significantly large holders outside of that 14 percent.  It means that shareholders have more power to effect change in this situation than in other shareholder revolts.  But you can't just vote them out!  You must have a slate of replacement ...more
