RE:RE:No Response from Company Yep, that could work.  I see that insiders hold only 14 percent of shares, and there are no institutional holders, nor are there any significantly large holders outside of that 14 percent.  It means that shareholders have more power to effect change in this situation than in other shareholder revolts. 

But you can't just vote them out!  You must have a slate of replacement personnel to offer in the voting.  It's not impossible, though; just doubtful that you can do it in time for the next election.  However, you could begin now to prepare for next year's election.
