RE:RE:RE:LACK OF PUBLIC DISCLOSURES - REALTYHi ValuePro. I have received a response from NLR, which was not entirely satisfactory. The CEOs statement is that the Investor is not holding the shares and has sold them through Velocity and owns less than 1 million shares as of the date of my last posting. The CEO stated that if the Investor owned more than 10% of the shares it would have been reported. Is his statement true? I find it hard to believe, but its possible. I dont think the trade share volume has been there over time for this to be true. Do I know who the Investor is? Yes, I believe that I have identified the Investor. It is my understanding that the Company can not identify or confirm the owner of the Investing Company. I have had personal stuff going on in life that sometimes happens which has limited my ability to follow up on everything.
