Thank you.  I did look at the volume traded on those dates and considered what you have proposed may have transpired.  Its just that over a longer period of time did the Investor ever have more than 10% of the shares at any given time.  Yes, he could have sold some on those dates, but how many shares did the Investor hold at that time?  I just havent had the time to go back and look to see if after each issuance of shares was their enough volume of shares traded for the Investor to divest himself of the shares and never be over 10%.  Its not hard to do.  I just have had some life stuff going on at the moment.
