DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT and Board MUST RESIGN

Fellow Shareholders,

There is no single doubt that this management and board of directors have failed woefully and had only succeded in destroying shareholders value due to their careless and poorly reviewed convertible note agreement.

The right thing for these parasites to do is to resign and quit. Some of these endemic parasites have been feeding off on NLR for more than 10 years creating zero value.

If they refuse to resign, Shareholders MUST vote them out at next AGM and must request an amendment to the company bye-laws that would require shareholders vote in any future share consolidation.

SHAME on CURRENT Management!!

So, why don't you go looking for a law firm?  Then, post the contact information instead of being passive-aggressive in your frustration. Meanwhile, count me out of your plans.  I see no hope for them, except, perhaps, regarding a  "nuisance" settlement to cover court costs.  Bye, bye.  On ignore you go.  [Click!] VP in AZ
