2 different contracts. One for Cameroon for the 100 mil you are referring to which just got doubled from 122 sites to 240 sites (awesome news). One for 500 mil for the DRG (Congo) contract which is 2000 sites. Pretty easy to figure out if you do a bit of reading on new releases. 


5.7 mil shares was to clear up old debt from lender's  who could have crippled the company but didn't because they believe in the company (again, good news). 

Long story short, yep you are missing something.
