RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bevcanna deal still alive? You'd be surprised how little my popularity affects how I sleep at night.
1. Calibloom and Keef are already established distillate based product formulations in the US that does not use Sproutly's tech. That formula is what's being approved by HC, if they were to change the formulation using Sproutly tech afterwards they would need to resubmit their new formulation for approval again.
2. Netiher Bevcanna or Nextleaf have B2C sales licenses. To their forthcoming partnership, "The firm said it is in talks with one of Canada’s leading Licensed Producers (LP) to distribute BevCanna’s products to provincial cannabis distribution boards." Sproutly rarely makes appearances on Canadian LP lists, let alone be considered a "Leading Canadian LP." This is a distribution partnership, not a distillate supply deal.

3. Sproutly (and Infused Biosciences) investor deck is almost non existent. Most of what is posted on their websites in terms of technology is from 2018, of which even at that time they admit sproutly's tech is considered "more expensive' than conventional methods. Conventional methods then would be CO2 which is what did achieve mass adoption and is now going backwards due to scale, speed, and cost limitations. Sproutly is more expensive than that.
4. I'm aware of Bevcanna's online distribution of Hemp CBD drinks and their THC/CBD powder formulations. These are already available in the US. Neither uses Sproutly's tech. Sproutly's tech has had a 2-3yr headstart on the CBD/THC infused markets and has yet to attain any form of mass adoption. To get to the scale of millions of botttles per year, you'd end up with something that looks like RTI's continuous flow system which also allows for full spectrum CBD/THC. Sproutly does not have the funds to commission a scale project as such. {Technically neither does RTI but that's a whole different Aurora rabbit hole]
5. Lessons in Propaganda:
Kalo is not distributed by Pepsi. Kalo is bottled and distributed by Pepsi-Cola Bottling Plant of NY, which is a privately owned bottling company that has partnerships with Pepsi, Keurig, Danone, and other companies. Pepsi-Cola Bottling Compay of NY may have distribution to hundreds of thousands of stores and shops, but Kalo/Infused Biosciences/Sproutly do not explicitly list what their current distribution actually is. Stores that actually carry your product is different that what your distributor has access to.
