I was referring to a conversation that I had with IR for Nextleaf around the time when the deal was originally signed. They had said to me that NL didn't have to be exclusive- but they must have been referring to just the oil provision and not the IP. So in that case, I completely agree with what Franks wrote yesterday saying that we wouldn't want to be exclusive in the IP at all.
I was quite happy with the deal when it was signed because of the size of Bevcanna's facility. That is potentially a very large amount of oil to be sold.
