Nextleaf has fulfilled their end of the agreement, thus far. Bevcanna is the one who has not met commercialization and is therefore in default of the agreement.
I believe the question lays in was this a legal binding agreement or merely a letter of intent.
Again Nextleaf has provided the oils necessary for Bevcanna to develop and submit their product for approval to Health Canada.
Bevcanna still has alot of other agreements (LOI) that need to become legal agreements before they are moving ahead with beverages, including distribution agreements.
