You said it all, folks. Can't believe they did something like that. They themselves as investors are loosers, not to mention the employees, etc. Everybody lost money today. Hurts.

Not much positive:

Issuing stock to pay down debt is a good thing.
The need for liquidity is linked to the success of Glacial Gold.
We can buy stock for cheap, 19-20c is rock botom.
Sometimes stocks go balistics after insiders just issued themselves shares like this.
