My question is: Is Nextleaf even able to set the price? I think there are two middle men involved. Nextleaf has to sell the products to the government at wholesale prices, and then the Gov sells it to the retailer at probably marked up wholesale prices - who then sells it to the consumer at marked up retail prices. Is this how it works?
