Not closed yet still 5 to 6 million left maybe 8 million this is going back to 0.185 then maybe but it's wierd they are having trouble selling them people really don't want to pay more then 0.185-0.195

I don't know Frank. According to Stupidspoons73 there hasn't been 15M shares traded on the open market, so it can't be filled yet.  Oh my goodness. I do believe you are correct, in that the offering is filled. Whether they have closed it yet is unknown but bids look to it being closed.
