How can a public company press release about increasing their offering to let $ALEF in as a strategic investor?

This is beyond crazy trying to feed off the ALEF hype back then.

im not sure about the ALEF shares and the FSD Pharma shares.... they both took a hit from the level they were issued at. Pretty dilutive if u ask me for BUZZ.

Also, the recent 3m$ loan at 18% interest sounds like a complete rip-off.

I do like the 7$/gram agreement for Pharmadrug that certainly secures a nice juicy profit margin for the German entity.

all in all, this has a fairly cheap market cap, with a relatively tight float with room to dilute.

I will be watching closely as it does have a few iron in the fire.

Fortune favors the bold.... but perhaps im not bold enough for this one yet =)
