He tries to make it sound in his below post like the restated financials are extremely bad and something surrepticious as they came out at last minute. They did not come out at last minute, they voluntarily made a minor adjustment to the year financials because of a restatement of tax losses. If you look on Sedar, you will see that after accounting for that adjustment the basic net loss per share actually went down, from ($.039) to ($.038). 1 cent better. The net loss on a diluted basis went slightly up, from $.031 to $.0318, so it increased by $.007. Such a beautiful example of how LW tries to misrepresent and scare people. I guess he thinks people won't bother to actually check the reports on Sedar.
