RE:there were talks...There will be of a 5 to 1 rollback and it will be in conjunction with closing of a financing and closing of longkey. I think after its all said and done there will about 50 million shares outstanding. Also longer term plans are to list on nasdeq, if we are successful with the business plan.

i hope the company puts out a release soon.
