Absolutely right Blom,
Peak's relation with LK is beyon Business. it's friendship. this is why i dont see another company succeeding in an takeover on LK.
Its been discussed with Jonson that after the 100% acquisition of LK Peak could be an acquisition target because they will be competing with Alibaba and a complement to their business.
Maybe not in the early era of this deal but certainly in it's future.
Who else could be takers of Peak? Amazon ?

hopefully Alibaba. but then again i'd rather see Peak grow to BABA's level LOL
