Hi Paypay,
If i was Banlan, i would also want to have last call on any financing Peak would want to do. I wouldn't want Peak to put me in debt.
My first thought is that Banlan if full of cash coming out his ears and he will invest in more shares in Peak if they need more cash for whatever.
As long as revenues are accounted in Peak's balance sheet and reflects on Shareholders SP value, would it be a concern as of who's pulling the strings?

for me, so far so good.

lets move on step by step and see where it leads.

i'm still holding very strong to my shares
