As the article points out, fintech companies in China have been targeting the consumer market or B2C, whereas PKK and Wang are targergeting B2B only. As a matter of fact, I don't think we have any competition to speak of in this sector at all. This is something that Wang had identified long before PKK saw its day of light... 

I can assure you that Wang didn't get involved with PKK for the sole purpose of creating a takover target. However, I would take a $10 bid any day of the week...and laugh all the way to the bank.. 

Goodbye tension, hello pension...=)
