Yes, the blackout period is plausible, but the period where leaders are allowed to buy should be known to them. It's also about making a mark. I am now also almost two years in pkk and have set enough signs myself.
Pro:
-If I read the Q&A interview from last year again, I find that JJ kept everything and didn't promise too much.
Contra:
-trade war, general economic situation
Contra can quickly become Pro, but if the government wants to boost the economy, PKK will also benefit.
