For all intense and purposes Tenet is a chinese company operating in China which happens to be owned mostly by canadians. While its not a varible interest entity the U S of A is hard pressed to grant the clearance needed to list it on the Nasdaq. Nevertheless business in China is not dependant on the Nasdaq or Canada's approval and is growing fast under its own steam.
