RE:RE:RE:RE:"It was a defensive move imho."Hey JerkFool....How many shares you have again??
Doing business in a foreigh country always has its rules to follow....
https://nhglobalpartners.com/china-profit-repatriation/ Tenet's subsidiary was invited to take a 1% piece of Union Pay. Clearly the Chinese government appreciates Tenet's tech for their country's financial improvement with their businesses. Tenet's growing revenues quarter after quarter is testament to that. As JJ said in interviews several times..."If you follow the government's rules, they won't bvother you... and you will continue to operate in their country." Look at what happened to Ant Group when you cross the Chinese government. JJ is not stupid.
Again, go away.... your attempt to generate fear only makes you look like JerkFool. "Because that's what do paid basher."

"Chiniese registered capital regulations, combined with profit rapatriation and capital control policies, make it more than anything a one way road.
Especially in a stacked up corporate structure such as the one PKK has.
FYI, the regulation stipulates (as of 2020) that in order to rapatriate profit you must:
1) Have paid in full all registered capital amounts of your corporate structure (upward) - most of the sub structure, PKK own 51%
2) Have a 12-15% emergency fund set aside and audited by tax authorities
3) Have paid in full your yearly taxes (effectively, there is a 2-3 month window each year where you can repatriate.
This is thightly regulated."
