RE:New Press Release - Tenet Announces Resignations, Results of Shareholder MeetingBack to square 1....JJ hired those outside directors because TSX and Nasdaq require more than 3 directors on a board with a majority of them independent. With the 3 directors just elected Tenet has no chance of meeting uplisting requirments.
