Nearly complete, stock consolidation. Rename the company, minor tweak, close the 2nd part of the PP. Check mark these 3 events once all three are complete, then it will get interesting.
Q2 end of August.

A new name huh what should it be, Loans are us, Loonie II. Sharkco inc. Pisa....... Lots of work to do to impress the market, so far can't trade the new cusip # and we lost 15-20% of trade spread. Company better come up with some good news soon or we is screwed.
