Well the warrants are in the money but so sad under lock down unless the warrants are not subject to the 4 month hold like the shares. wouldn't surprise me

Warrants will be listed for trading in 4 months, you can exercise them at anytime, but can't trade them untill 4 months.

Just checked with Johnson ( Peak CEO ) to clarify the PP Shares / Warrants timeframes... Shares acquired in the PP can't be sold until after a 4 month waiting period ( so you were correct about that )... But Warrants acquired ALSO have a 4 month waiting period ( so you actually CAN'T exercise / convert them until after the same 4 month waiting period )... So BOTH are essentially locked
