Actually i was going to wait a week or so and come back when the stock price is .70 so you al cant point fingers at posters facts. So in 2 weeks i'll come back and say why is the stock price trading at .70

1. I would love the SP to be $0.70. It means an even better deal on the financing than $1.00. 2. If the SP does get low, it's due to the financing and market conditions and the "poor" (or great, depending which way you look at it) timing of trying to finance during these market conditions.
